Okay haven't kept track here in a while, but have been on my own/with my trainer. The weight has gone up but the body fat % has gone down. BUT I need to thin out a bit! Goal 132 lbs. Will track my measurements at weigh in on Thursday 3/13/14
137.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
