Apparently, my home scale has been doing the creeping up thing. Here I thought I couldn't drop the 2 pms lbs and was about to log it when I weigh in at the gym and was pleasantly surprised! And when I look back, I keep complaining I'm stagnant, but I've averaged 5 lbs a month since October.That is perfect weight loss. Here I spout all these "rules of weightloss" to people.. "you need the plateaus", don't lose too fast... and AGAIN I'm not listening to myself. *sigh* But on the up side, my food lifestyle is going well!
