Even. Bleh! I guess I was due an even week after last week's drop. One night out with the my personal Rat Pack did me in. I'm also getting a little sloppy with my measuring and reporting. (Per my scale FYI, Costco samples evidently DO count) Good work out week, keep grinding the goal is in sight.
