I HAVE BEEN OUT ALL DAY with my daughters. SO TIRED. JUST DOING A QUICK UPDATE ON FOOD AND WEIGHT. I HOPE ALL MY FS FRIENDS HAD A GREAT DAY. I WILL TRY TO READ AS MANY JOURNALS AS I CAN.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
