I started trying to get fit when I got my cool new phone. Well...that didn't last long. This time, I've been watching what I eat and really realizing how many calories I am stuffing in my mouth without even knowing it. This is day four of keeping vigilant track. Now I have joined a challenge. I'll give myself a year for 100 lbs. That's roughly 2 lbs a week. I don't want to end up like others in my family. And I have plans that go way beyond the next 10 years. I need this to live.
