Today started great. I exercised and had a great breakfast. (I think). Lunch was supposed to be salad and Progresso soup. I had an invite to have some Gumbo and did not want to pass it up. On top of that, there is a baby shower here at my job in a little bit. Oh well, we'll see how it goes.
