Started using bulletproof coffee, so far working out well. Cut equal and diet soda, trying to use swerve. I will be going to dinner and drinking tonight.
336.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
