2 nights of wings, binge drinking (including sodas and energy drinks as mixers), 5 slices of large ordered pizza for lunch one day, junk food... the only thing i did well in the last few days was play hockey twice and snowboard twice.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
