Ok so I fell off the wagon a bit, and now I feel bigger than ever. The scales haven't changed at all, but where I havent exercised for about four weeks, my body is a whole lot wobblier, and, for some bizzarre reason my shoes feel tight! I've had a bit of a change in lifestyle recently.... I moved in with my boyfriend and his parents (in a whole different county), which soon meant I was eating man sized portion of food. Adding onto this starting a new job where a) breakfast is supplied- think bagels and cheese, jams etc and b) I no longer can walk to work as I have to catch the bus and its right outside my house! Thankfully there is a gym close by and our boss encourages you to go in your lunch break, still I am unable to start until I get paid at the end of the month. So, starting from today my plan is to- ~Start going for walks on my lunch break until I can join the gym ~Swap the bagels for muesli ~Eat something small every three hours (as I have an office job, its easy to eat out of boredom ~ Have a light dinner in the evenings. Eat with the family but not what they eat.
Well i've had my muesli.... wonder if I can stick the rest of the day!
