Well, it took about a month, but I am finally 1/2 pound away from the level I was at before the Christmas binge took over. I am certainly glad to be back to the routine I established last year, and I am looking forward to breaking through that imaginary plain that separates obesity and overweight! Only 3 more lbs to make that happen! My next goal is 210! My ultimate goal, I'm guessing, is about 200. I eventually arrived at that because my original thought was 10 lbs under obesity (210) to give myself some floating room, then I thought 5 more lbs would give me and even 100 lbs lost, and then I thought 5 more lbs would be an even 200. But I will keep going until I have a flat stomach, which is now my penultimate goal, whatever that weight ends up being......
