The only thing that I overindulged in at the party last night was red wine. 3 medium glasses, which wasn't too bad actually. Didn't have a hangover, thank God. I even ate a petit four and one salmon appetizer and that felt like plenty.

11:30pm Maybe the short days and lack of sunlight are finally getting to me. My mood has been very gloomy today. Feeling lonely and disconnected from Mr Coco. Went to my friend's house for bbq and overate. Was telling her something important and she moved on to another subject as though not hearing anything I'd said. I feel invisible. Cue the tiny violins.
160.2 lb Lost so far: 51.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I guess you had to go and that is why you'll be back later lol..I hope so:) Anyway it sounds like you did very well last night at your dinner party. Your weight history is amusing to me as it is very steady as it goes downward, mine has fluctuation craziness, isn't it cool how individual weight loss is? TOWANDA!!!!!!

It's funny - when you cut back on your portions, moderate amounts of food seem like a feast.
