Not dump cake, it’s a tropical cake with coconut and nuts. Friend brought it to me. I’m going to count it as spice cake with coconut frosting.

That sounds yummy. Interesting combination between spicy and coconut. hummm bet it was delicious .sweet coconut or desiccated coconut flakes on top?

The baker is calling it like a "tropical carrot cake" with coconut instead of carrots and walnuts and raisins. It was pretty amazing. Topping was whipped cream with coconut flakes. His mom calls it her Hawaiian wedding cake. That ended up being dinner. Very filling.
