Happy Monday!!
Feeling a little down but this week will be better than last! 1lb gain No suprise I have been fighting to get down to the 170's but it just isnt happening. This week there will be no cheat days and no slip ups, I will eat what I want but with in reason. Last week I was starving my self and at the end of the day I would eat everything in site:( Busy week with wedding plans and meetings about getting a house. Keep your fingers crossed!! And fiances birthday on saturday so trying to make some plans for him. BUT I WILL find time for the gym and time to cook meals and not eat on the go.I have a free session with a personal trainer to try out as well Im realy looking forward to that. hope to be at 178 179 by Friday! Have a great week everyone!!

only 1 more lb to go to get into the 179 area! Sounds silly but to get past 180 would be so nice!!

I understand. Im stuck on a zero atm also, seeing that 9 and bejng in a new group of tens will be awesome =)

Wedding planning is rough on so many areas of your life. So, do you wish the wedding was here already so you could get back to normal life, or do you want more time for a specific weight loss goal to be reached? I tried to lose weight for a wedding I was in back in 2009 and then once I did so, my daughter got engaged and married within 4 months. I hate to say it, but I know I gained back 5 or so of the 14 lbs. I had lost. Wishing you calming thoughts for your wedding and weight loss journey.
