Those last days were really, really stressful, and it doesn't seem that it will change over next week. Friday evening had a very stressful conversation with my ex, after which I emptied a bottle of wine. Alone. Taking into account that I hadn't eaten much that day, spend hrs at a gym, stress and lack of sleep, it was just logic that I had hangover yesterday, that I cured with vishkey and coca-cola. Too much spirits, I know. Looking to the bright side, this has made my weight to shake and reduce, and now it is almost 10 kgs less than at the beginning of this year or 12 kgs less, counting from X-mass.

155.4 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
