It's been awhile since I used this website. It gave me a boost and to understand how fast calories can add up when I was living off pizza & pop.

I haven't been counting calories for about 1 year. This is because I have a good understanding on what to choose and I have a good grasp on portions. I don't cut food, I eat slowly until I'm full. Of course there are days I will eat more, this is when I'm stressed or burn more energy. Below are photos of my progress. I began working out and very strict calorie counting. Gradually stopped working out (but still active by cleaning house, walking instead of taking elevators. Parking far from work, giving myself a 10 minute walk).
