I just want to say how happy I am that I am down this week. I stuck to the points all week, but was weighing in at the same as last week or a lb or 2 over right up until yesterday morning. I guess the lesson is to be patient and don't judge what the scale tells you until one full week has passed. What a great surprise and start to my weekend!!!
