I feel that my stamina has increased. I can run more and faster. In a meantime my legs still ache a lot from the trainings last week. I almost cried when I did stretching tonight. I couldn't touch my toes with fingertips :(
I've been trying to be a good also regarding body procedures, and use firming and anti-cellulite body creams every day. Though I think I should do something more.
Does any girl have advice for effective DIY massages, applications or wrappings that may help to slim hips and legs?? I would be grateful
