I didn't do well yesterday. Today is my mans birthday and he wants a roast with the works.Julia is making him a german choc. cake. I am glad becuz I can't eat it with the coconut on it. I will be good. I need to get on track again. I haven't done any exceriseing this week. Tomarrow. I will do this. I won't quit.

Sis... you can do it. Just say "its not an option" and keep moving. I had to force myself to workout yesterday and today. Was so hard with my mouth pain but I figured why let it delay my weight loss. The stricker we stay the quicker we will be down to the sexy us! Love you

Grind your teeth and make yourself do it! It is so hard. I sometimes hate it but most of the time love it, and the more weight I lose, the more I am motivated to do it. I know how you feel. You can push through it. You can be good, and you will feel better turning away that piece of cake for a stint in the gym, trust me. Good luck!
