Back down the 2 lbs I had gained yesterday. Guess I need to only weigh myself a couple times a week. Maybe on Monday morning, then wait until Friday (so I go into the weekend aware). Will try that this week. I WILL get under 140! (Short term goal)
142.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
