Okay, today, in celebration of the impending Valentine's Day... Owen and I made a sweet treat. It's only half bad because while, it has chocolate in it.. it's white chocolate.. But the rest is the yogurt cheerios and craisins. He really likes it. But he's already had one (I've had 2..sweet fix since my mother decided to bake her YUMMY molasses cookies, and I didn't want to eat one of them..) so, no more today.

He was such a great helper. 3 ingredients, and he stirred them all together, and poured the ingredients in the bowl.

I'm going to be sad that he'll be 2 in 10 days. But, then again, we get to do fun stuff now! :)

Well, after we made the Cupid's Clusters, we went outside and played in the yard.. Well, he played while chasing the dogs around, and I raked up dog mess/leaves/dry grass. An hour went by, and it was already time for lunch. So, not only did I get cardio in, AND crunches/butt lifts/leg lifts/arm curls/shoulder lifts in, but I also got some MORE arm/ab workouts in from raking up that horrible mess. 5 little piles all over the yard. (BLEGH!).

I know I'm going to sleep well tonight.. And so will Owen. I just wish the rain would stop, but it's not going to. It's supposed to stick around for a couple of days. (woo hoo *twirls finger around*). I hate this time of year's weather. Always warm, then chilly, warm, then chilly. It's a horrible cycle and not fair to us Mommies who want to get their young ones out to play/tired out.

Okay, enough blabbing. I think we're make a run to the Post Office, and send out our handmade valentines and perhaps run by the Dollar store to pick up a few outside toys that Owen can play with. Or, depending on how the weather is...just finger paint. lol.
