I have been binge eating more frequently, I started eating

1. sweets
2. bread
3. noodles
4. basically unhealthy things

i have not eaten peanut butter for like a month now!
127.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
