confused and desperately needing help!
ok, thank you all I appreciate each of your answers, I was just worried because I ate sooo much peanut butter, I mean I already lost 30lbs I would like to keep it off, but people have told me that peanut butter is one thing that could start putting weight back on.. I just dont understand.

confused and desperately needing help!
ok, I am confused on how to calculate fat intake like how do I do it? also since I ate 2 tbs of peanut butter containing 16grams of fat in it does and would it all turn into body fat if I did nothing at all today? or if i walked or did something active would I be ok?
