i guess the gain is due to the fact thta i havent been eating as i should. and keeping track. my body is adjusting to the excersize and the change of food intake.. hmmm not to pleased
269.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
