Tuesday night I made a totally healthy supper. . . fajita chicken pieces on lettuce with cut up bell peppers and homemade guacamole (even baked cute little tortilla bowls!). Ate til I was satisfied and felt great the rest of the night and even the next morning. Last night I grilled cheeseburgers and fried fries, skipped the salad my husband offered and went back for seconds on the fries. Felt a bit bloated and tired the rest of the night and have a killer headache and feel a bit blah this morning. I'm not happy I have a headache and feel icky, but kind of am. This reaffirms why I need to eat better! Tonight it will be pork chops, green beans, salad and watermelon!

I know what you mean. We feel so much better when we eat healthy, so why can't we remember that when those temptations are around? Your dinner tonight sounds great, so it should keep you satisfied and feeling good. :)
