Bad last few days. Too much sitting processing files and no exercise. Friends and family came over this weekend and that didn't help but back on track after gaining .2 pounds for the first time in a while. I'm back on track though...I need to stay positive and focused and make sure I leave the past where it belongs.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.7 lb a week
