I joined a weight lose challenge that requires me to drink a lot of water, which I am not to fond of. However, I am drinking water with each meal and when exercising, so far, not bad. Another part of the diet is no eating junk food, so far so good. Junk food is my weakness but I am going to try and stick to not eating it...keeping my fingers crossed!
