Still 169 but my waist is totally back down to 35". That is excellent as during the diverticulitis event, it was almost 43". None of this is real weight, it's all swelling, bloating and joys that go along with it. I have no pain whatsoever today and I will always make sure I drink tons of liquid so as to do my best to prevent for the rest of my life.

Been back on induction the last two days. Should be back in ketosis in a day or so. I missed my veggies, but I will own up to enjoying homemade bread during the ordeal.
