I did a little research and found that I wasn't getting enough potassium on the ketogenic plan so I purchased some liquid potassium and started taking it last Saturday. Oh my goodness.... I should have researched the side effects if it's not taken extra diluted or with food. Long painful story short... it's not nice to your G.I.
