I'm starting this new liquid/soup diet. You basically eat grapefruit for breakfast. Soup for lunch and dinner. And then you can have beef or chicken broth, sugar free jello or sugar free popsicles, and of course water. Along with 20 to 30 minutes of riding the exercise bike. Hopefully this works. Because I am getting desperate.

Well it will work, but use it as a jump start to a healthy eating plan. A diet needs to be sustainable for the long term and it would be very difficult to keep up that diet for a long time. The deprivation gets to you after a while (I have done every diet under the sky, lol). Eventually, it comes down to the realization that you have to do this for the rest of your life. So it's important to find a healthy balance of diet and exercise. When you start getting tired of the food, start adding in vegetables and fruit. If you add foods in slowly and make changes slowly, you have a good chance of making new habits. Good luck!
