Well it will work, but use it as a jump start to a healthy eating plan. A diet needs to be sustainable for the long term and it would be very difficult to keep up that diet for a long time. The deprivation gets to you after a while (I have done every diet under the sky, lol). Eventually, it comes down to the realization that you have to do this for the rest of your life. So it's important to find a healthy balance of diet and exercise. When you start getting tired of the food, start adding in vegetables and fruit.
