I need to work on being more consistent. I want to diligently track all my calories and get my preplanned workouts in. I am going to check back tomorrow and report whether I got my workout in and recrded my food.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
