I need to get back on track.... so we booked a vacation in June and I need to lose 40 lbs or more ... I just can't stick with it.. my husband can just about eat anything and when I hang out with him I gain ..... so do I lose my husband lol
181.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.3 lb a week

I know exactly how you feel! My fiance can easily eat twice as much as I do and still lose weight. I know I sometimes feel "pressured" to eat as much as he does. Just remember you can eat whatever you want - only in moderation! He burns more calories simply because he's a man. Good luck on your weight loss journey!

oh and I forgot to add in that in 2006 I had blood work done because I fell asleep at a red light good thing my daughter was with me and I have a under-active thyroid. =(

I have an underactive thyroid since the 5th grade and I'm now 47 years old. I just found out coconut oil works for thyroid and adrenals. I just started adding this to my diet. Yesterday I had a teaspoon in my coffee and today I had 2 teaspoons. I googled this and it looks like people are saying about 3 tbls a day but gradually get to this amount. You might want to research this and see if this is somehting that might work for you.
