There's just something about a hot bowl of chili on a cold and stressful day that puts you at ease. Not to mention, it's mega filling.

I cannot find a way out of my exercise slump. Seriously. It's driving me crazy.

talking about chili.. south beach supper charged has a veggie chili and i added some lean beef and oOOOO its soooo good... if you want the recipe just ask.. :)

Oh, I've made that veggie chili! :) It's phenomenal with some lowfat chorizo too.
