Not the best weekend for my diet (I drunk on saturday and ate out on Sunday night).

In the last 3 weight-ins I've moved in the 112.7 - 113 Kgs frame. This stops the apparently unstopable downhill rally I was on.

I'm not worried anyway. I'm sure my method will pay off in the long term.

The important thing is that this diet is not a hard effort and I'm sure I will maintain it for all the time I need for.
249.1 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 61.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
