Well the secret to my getting to my goal seems to be lettuce. The weather stopped me from getting out to the grocer's to buy any and if I don't have that lettuce I fill up on other things :-( I have also decided to add wheat bran back into my diet even though I know it has a small amount of gluten in it. The oat bran I had substituted for the wheat bran I have had for years, on the recommendation of a doctor, doesn't seem to have the same fibre effect on me that I obviously need. As I am eating GF by choice and not because I have celiac disease, I don't think it will harm me a lot.
My exercising has not been the same either recently. I have continued with some core strengthening ones but very little aerobic so I need to get back to what I need!
