So for six days now I've been writing down every calorie I take in, and every bit of exercise. I'm averaging at about 500-600 calories each week day, and about 1500 on the weekend, mostly from drinks.
I'm noticing some definite changes in appetite, since my stomach has shrunk, and my love handles don't stick out so bad yay!
