I haven't started the 'new thing' yet, but I'm just off the road from a week away. It's so calming to be back weighing the food and getting my head ready for this last great run at the last few pounds! I'll be hanging around here because when I quit losing I'll still have to count what I'm eating and watch my macros. I'm so thankful to be home safe. It was about 1200 miles over a seven day period in two driving sessions... mostly. 3 hours in two of the days. Anyway. When I left the south country yesterday there was a car down a bank in the ditch within 5 miles of leaving town. In one stretch there were two single vehicle accidents and one two vehicle accident within about 10 miles. It was crazy. Back on this horse now. Time to git'er-done.
