Ok, New Year, new start. I am still around 160lbs. Sometimes up a pound and then other times down to 158. Have been traveling and not a good way to eat right. Started my excercising again today and writing down what I eat and do. This always seems to help me really see what I am eating. Goal is 140lb by July. Just want to be healthier to have a longer life. Hope everyone else is striving for their goals.
