well as i thought ive gained.....:s my baby bump has 'popped' but still doing good seeing as im over half way im 23weeks 2days today and they say baby gain average is about a 1lb a week in this stage, so hoping for it not to be too bad but working on that im not going to be over gutted about gains joining a lose 50lbs+ before 2010 challenge, so hoping that will be as a good motivaor although i can't 'really begin' till after the birth but i need all the motivation i can get to jump right o the bandwagon instead of letting bad habits settle in and scupper my efforts. i plan on breast feeding(well try at least) so i know i need a well balance healthy diet and exercise to provide the best for my bubs.:) sorry im rambling but for some silly reason ive woke up feeling extra determined that i WILL lose this 50lbs excess baggage some how some way!!! you guys are my strength and support and i know with you and perseverance i can do it xxxx
