I have really been trying to watch my sugar intake this past week. I watched a show on tv that said adults should only have about 24 grams of sugar a day. That's not very much compared to what I had been eating. Seems to be helping, we'll see after a couple of weeks.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
