Well, I did not do to bad because of Super Bowl!!! Yesterday was very BAAAAAD!! I now know for SURE after having been on SB for so long that when you go BACK to certain foods you have not eaten in a long time can make you VERY sick!! When too many are mixed together even thought you do not eat much of them will cause problems??
That is what happened to me after the bowl game. I DO NOT want to do that again!!! Yesterday my head hurt and my stomach and head could not get together, decided yesterday I would NEVER eat again?? HA! HA! got up this morning and wanted breakfast. You know what they say, Never say Never!! Oh! well live and learn, the scales were OK! this morning so OFF, I go again.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Creampuff, Some people do monodiets (eating only one food during the day i.e. bananas). There is some writing saying that this is healthy and very good for digestion in eastern philosophies. Mixing too many foods can wreak havoc on ones system, it happens to me almost every time. You haven't gained at all so it's just a matter of making some very small tweaks to get you back on track. Keep up the good work!
