Well this week has been so hectic. It’s amazing how snow can disrupt everything. I have been sticking to my diet but actually not eating enough due to work loads and interruptions.

I have hit another plateau again this week which is really annoying. The good news is I can start biking home again; the bad news is I can’t until the snow has almost gone because some of my biking is cross country.

I will get back on track soon.
