For weight in days I'm loosing 2 pos per week. It's good. UT not good enough. This week. I had chinnese and Mexican and just pegged out here. so three days of the 7 I ate horribly! This week is a week and I will kill it. mini goal is 279 and hard core goal is 277, that's 5 lbs. I can do this. going back to work tomorrow
282.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
