Ok.... did something i'm not supposed to do, got on the scale again today. Did so after exercising. weighed the SAME as I did this morning.... that's good!

Tried being a vegetarian this week instead of one of those radical "cleanse" things. Not too bad! I think it shrinks your stomach. Suprisingly easy to do. Decided it's not a valid way to lose weight.
