Dumped the diet for sometime...had a terribly hectic program, but now back on track. Today, it's been terrible, the hunger is really high, but im refraining, sick of being fat,better resist to some hunger pangs(ive eaten, but it doesn't seem to fill me up). Still ahve to do some sport...about 60 minutes, the days before when I did the exercises the muscle pains were really bad... but it's ok.

I long for the slim body I used to have before pregnancy and willing to do whatever in order to get it back, so hunger pains, muscle pains from exercises. Somebody had a quote: "art requires sacrifice" so...yeah, the good things are difficult and require so much effort, if they would be easy everybody would have them.
