Ok so I was complaining that I wasn't losing weight and frustrated. But I just figured out that I lost 10 pounds in 2 months which equates to around 1.25 pounds a week which is normal! I really should be happy about it! And now that I realize what it really is I am going to forge forward. I decided to accept it and be patient and I also changed my goal weight to 155 instead of 135. I looked at my chart on here going back to 2008 and the lowest i had gotten down to was 158 so really who am I fooling. Just because all of my 20's and 30's I was 119 pounds And then in my 30's 125-155 and now 40's have been 160-180 more like. The numbers can drive ya nuts!! I think at least I will be out of the danger zone health wise if I reach 155-160 So that will be my first goal! I don't think the food is my problem its the exercise that to me is key. I am still fighting to stay in the 1200-1500 calorie range i know one day i wasn't hungry and only did 500 calories and my body held on to weight because of it. note to self~ MORE WATER!!!!
