I am definitely learning how to monitor my food. I carelessly picked and consumed everything. I am pretty fit and in good shape, but I think what I want more than anything from this is to gain the practice of eating healthy. That being said, I do not want to become obsessed with every calorie entering my mouth- that is a danger zone I do not want to visit again. I have been learned that at all possible costs, have vegetables as a snack and to drink TONS of water. I am at least drinking 8L a day, minimum. I am enjoying this so far and feeling a lot better about my body... more confident. It has only been a few days and already people are noticing a change.
