133 lbs! Half a grapefruit was all I had after 7 PM last night. I’ve doubled my fruit intake recently and learned that fruits and veggies (carotenoids) cause a natural skin glow. This study only describes work in Caucasian faces. Hmmmm…

Great job RinaBee! Why not post the loss? I like the idea of doubling one's fruit intake, it's a weak area for me so it wouldn't take too much effort. Keep it up!
