yaaaaaaa! Lowest I've been! $up€r happy!! Yesterday I only ate when I when I was hungry and really stayed focused on what I felt like was enough. will do the same today. I was hungry last night (I had a craving) for white bread and I knew I wouldn't be satisfied with a piece so I looked up what I could have been
281.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 85.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
