Crash diet seems to be working. pretty sure it will not be good for my body but I think its better than being way over weight. Basically, I rock a slim fast shake in the morning, a snack bar (100 cals) for lunch and a 796 ml can of habitant soup (so far either ministrone or chicken noodle) for dinner and a snack bar or two at night.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
