not sure what im doing,change my eating habits,but still gain weight,clothes fit looser,i do work out more and do alot of muscle building,i thankgod i dont have flabby arms,(got to have something going for me) and muscle help burn fat faster, so i think im going to quit relying on what the scales shows,cause the proof is in the pant size. lol. i have always been a muscular person,and i had to realize everyone is made up different, so i am not in competition with anyone but myself. started to feel good about myself, i notice i can always compliment others but really dont get in return, and its nlot just one particular person it several people. ,but i will encourage myself cause in the end thats all any of us have is ourselves. so Good Luck to everyone and know you are looking good, MAKE SURE EVERYONE THAT YOUR INSIDE MATCHES YOUR OUTSIDE. :)
